Nice to meet you! My name is Alisha (uh-LEE-shuh) Padolsky.

Before becoming a UX Design Lead, I developed my skills as a product designer, contributing to projects with teams at IBM Cloud and Red Hat Marketplace. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and address business challenges. I'm also known as a ‘snack connoisseur’—I love potato chips and Sour Patch Kids. Outside of work, I enjoy reading sci-fi and fantasy books, keeping up with new technologies, watching films, and meticulously organizing my music collection into bops, bangers, and jams.
