Meet Alisha!

Before transitioning into a leadership position, Alisha honed her skills and expertise as a product designer, making significant contributions to projects across diverse teams, including IBM Cloud and Red Hat Marketplace. Her experience in this role involved collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design innovative solutions that meet users' needs and address business challenges.

Alisha proudly wears the title of a "snack connoisseur" with a particular fondness for potato chips and Sour Patch Kids. Her passions extend to sci-fi/fantasy books, staying up-to-date on evolving technology, indulging in films, and meticulously categorizing her music collection into bops, bangers, and jams.
